Returns & Refunds

At StellaFleur, we want you to be completely satisfied with your jewelry purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached
• Original packaging must be intact and included with the return
• Personalized or custom-made jewelry cannot be returned unless defective
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

How to Initiate a Return

1. Log in to your StellaFleur account and visit the Order History section
2. Select the item(s) you wish to return and complete the return request form
3. You will receive a return authorization and shipping instructions via email
4. Package your return securely and include all original documents

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

For defective or incorrect items received, we will cover return shipping costs and process a full refund including original shipping charges.

International Returns

Customers outside our primary shipping regions may be responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for international returns.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or style, please return the original item following our standard return process and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
